We offer a range of massage services both onsite in Sharon WI and off site within Walworth County and Lake Geneva.

Massage will help release pain and tension in the body, and is excellent to use in conjunction with sauna sessions.

Homestead Saunas also offers packages of 4 or more, for those dealing with long term chronic pain. These sessions must be done in close proximity to one another, ideally one massage a week, in order to correct the connective tissue and realign the body.

Shorter sessions of 15, 30 & 45 minute sessions are available during community sauna, private events (both onsite and off).

Individualized sessions to ground and support you through life's challenges.

Sessions begin with an in person intake, to access the energetic body.

Depending on what we discover, we will either begin breath work, movement, or go directly into the sauna.

All sessions will include the use of aromatherapy, and plant botanicals and water purification.

Some sessions may also include cleansing the body with a natural soap and sponge, salt, body oils, warmed honey and citrus.

Herbal infusions may also be used to assist the healing process.

No session will ever be the same, as our state of being is in a constant state of flux, and the mind/body/spirit along with seasonal shifts are always changing.

You MUST allow up to 3 hours for each session, although depending on your bodies ability to receive and integrate, they may be shorter in time.

Please do not book any other work related or social activity after a session, to allow for integration of the session to fully saturate your nervous system.
