Create an herbal infused steam or enjoy for a tonifying drink

Choose from 3 different herbal packages:

Floral Infusion~ a warm mix of aromatic florals including rose, calendula, lavender, hibiscus cinnamon bark, and calming milky oats. This blend helps to replenish and restore your nervous system. 

Citrus Detox~ a blend of liver tonifying herbs including burdock, nettle and citrus rinds. This is an excellent blend to help aid in liver and kidney function. 

Spearmint Refresher ~ a light and refreshing blend of spearmint, apple mint, lemon balm, citrus rinds and milky oats. 

Dry Herbs Available for purchase on-site to take home in sample size .5 oz and 3oz

Aromatherapy is available for your unique sauna experience. Link available on each oil for individual purchase as well.

Lavender - A lightly sweet floral aroma to help calm your nerves.

Eucalyptus - The oil of abundance! Breathe deep and enjoy this fresh, cleansing aroma.

Siberian Fir - An earthy, aromatic tree oil, it helps to release old patterns.

Wild Orange - Uplifting and happy aroma, often referred to as “liquid sunshine”.

Peppermint - Awakens and energizes the mind and body.
